We want you to be fully satisfied with your official PGA Championship gear; if you are not, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of the tournament's conclusion or your delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.
Ship Your Gear
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original hangtags and packaging are included to avoid processing delays.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or your replacement gear will be dispatched within 7-10 business days.
